SCT X4 No rev limiter

I just installed x4 and jlt combo on my 2016 gt and loaded the 91 octane tune. car runs great and has lot more power. The rev limiter is set to 7k for neutral and drive in the sct but for some reason i have no rev limiter. I took it up to 7500 twice and the limiter does not kick in. Did not want to try any higher or anymore.

My stock factory always worked with the limiter.

Also, in CJ pony description shows that you can adjust the fan speed control and tire size but you can not. i believe a custom tune is required for it.

AFAIK if you're using custom tune - the rev limiter will be as defined in the tune and not in the SCT settings.
Correct me if i'm wrong;

No custom tune just the canned tune.

Anyways, just ordered gt350 manifold and a lund custom tune.
