Saw Petty's Garage S550 @ the Dealer !!!

Check it out guys. Sitting on the showroom floor @ Elder Ford in Tampa yesterday when I went in to take final delivers of my car.

Pics don't do the paintwork justice, the metal flake has ground glass mixed in and really sparkles. The pin stripe between the black upper & blue lower is painted in. Not sure how you'd ever match this paint up if it got damaged in any way since they only plan to make 43 of these.

Price is :eyebulge: Ditto the wheels, which were a bit much for me.

Way too much blue on the bottom panels. WTF are those bolts/rivets holding the spoiler on under it? That looks tacky and cheap

Grabber blue (I'm guessing) doesn't look that great, but they over did the styling. And that single exit exhaust, no thanks.

Definitely not a fan of the "Petty Blue" on the S550 and it's way over-priced IMHO...but if you own one the chances of you passing your twin up on the streets would be like finding a four-leaf clover! Oh yeah the wheels look blah...

I don't mind the 2-tone scheme, but needs a black diffuser. Wheels are too "wagon-wheelish" and I don't care for the blue body-color matching in the wheels, looks toyish.
What's up with the way the spoiler is attached?

Interested in seeing the "43" ghosted in paint.

57k to add a blower and only get 627hp? That's approx $91 per HP on top of buying the car. If you subtract out the 435hp from stock your $57k add on cost is it $192 per HP. Screw that.
