Sat nav update

For those getting theirs cars now, just check you have the latest maps - "F5" apparently. I noticed mine were at least a year out of date, which isn't the end of the world (my Garmin is about 5 years out of date!), but it just feels like a brand new car should have up to date maps. Upon checking, I had the version "F4" SD card.

I ordered the "F5" (2016) which arrived today. Stuck in the SD slot and seems OK.

Got off ebay for £30 (auction), so just hoping its not a dodgy knock off!

Surely it comes with latest map guarantee? most cars do. Wifes Captur did & Renault give nothing away usually!

Dunno - maybe it does. Where would this be written? There appears to be no exact date on these things (don't know when F5 came out) so assumed the dealer would just give it the "you got the latest one we had at the time you bought".
