Mallala Track Day

Hi all,

Who would be interested in a track day at Mallala? There are enthusiast days every couple of months. Unless we combined with another car club it makes it hard to get a private track day without paying through the nose; hopefully in time when we get many more members we could run our own. I'm thinking October 13th might be the best option in order to give more people a chance to take delivery of their cars and less chance of rain.

What's everyone's thoughts?

snake bite what date and which dealer did you order your car from? I ordered my ingot silver gt from adrian brien ford in adelaide on 3 august 2015 and havent heard a think yet. Its interesting you have received notification and a build date in June. I have been told mine is being built in july these dates seem all over the place.

Hi ozracer your right dates are all over the place and they depend on so many things. Firstly i don't think they even place orders with ford straight away. I ordered 28th September. I also ordered from Adrian Brien. I've built a bit of a relationship with them and have just contacted them periodically and asked if they had any updates l also pop in from time to time for a mustang fix and chat. The reality is as customers we have more idea on all things mustang from the forum. If they are saying July then a vin won't be available around 2 to 4 weeks before build.

thanks so you ordered nearly 2 months after me wow. I spoke with joel the sales manager there the other day and he indicated it also varies on the combo ordered paint colour tran s etc. In reality though Im not sure how much they really know and wether or not they are just trying to appease the customer with the lack of information from Ford. I have been dealing with Warren and although they have been updating me I find it really frustrating I was expecting to have heard something by now from Ford with an email and or segmentation date
