I was wondering if you can take off the rear badge on the gt cs and if there is some kind of mold left in it’s place.

Probably,

but you're better off just buying a new decklid.

Just buying a new decklid has several advantages. One you dont destroy the oem one and can put it back on when you sell the car. having your car oem when you sell it is best and then you can just sell the aftermarket deck lid. if the after market one gets damaged somehow then you have a backup of the OEM one. plus i think if you remove the badge there are alignment holes behind it. so you would have no badge but would have holes in the deck lid.

Not really , its a few screws and some pulling. but nothing hard. just google search videos and watch . it doesnt take long. IM an idiot and I did mine in about 15 mins. just pay attention to what way camera goes in or youll be in reverse and the camera will be upside down. :)

Hi Harry. As a GT/CS owner I'm just wondering why you want to remove it. It's just one of those little things that make a CS a CS.

If you decide to do it, its easy to replace... I wasn't a fan of the large Bullitt logo on mine so I opted for a OEM Pony logo one.. I found it on ebay for $75, it was a new take off in excellent condition. The dealership wanted $850 for one!!!

Or you could get the panel from the 19/20 like mine. I actually love the Tri-Bar pony on the EB HPP but they are way to expensive.

Hi John-David. No that's what came with the car. What does yours look like?
I can relate to Joe Biden now, getting old is not for the weak.
I thought mine had the same as 2016. It is the same as yours.
I need to drive my Mustang more.

It’s not that I hate the badge I just really want the blacked out emblems for both the gt on the back and the 5.0
