Nope, doesn't hurt a thing.

I ran my aftermarket wheels & snows without them Winter 2014 into Spring 2015 because Ford wasn't making the TPMS sensors available to their dealers.

It causes no issues whatsoever, just hit the "OK" button when the sensor light comes on.

Exactly what Scott said. My last wheel set had no modules and other than the light and ok'ing the error message you're fine.

ok thanks fellas. and oops! wrong section haha. I started typing mustang6g in my address bar, saw it said wheels and tires (guess it was the last place I was) and it brought me here so I automatically started a thread haha.
