I installed the Roush Axle back not too long ago, sounded great at first, now it sounds terrible like it back to a straight pipe set up. I understand they have a lifetime warranty, but will Roush cover shipping and installment? or just the product.

there was a rattle in one of the mufflers, it just sounds raspy and terrible now. I still have to go look into it and see if i can see anything.

Just spoke with roush and they told me i'd have to send proof of purchase and a description of the problem, they will only cover parts, i forgot to ask about shipping.

They are supposed to sound raspy.

Do you have an audio recording?

from my vague memory, they only cover the cost of the replacement parts. shipping and install are your problem. i think there is a section on the roush home page discussing warranty claims.

I don't but it would randomly sound like there's air between two sheets of metal and make a very weird screech sound.

Check for exhaust leaks.
When I installed mine, I drew lines on the piping so I have decent depth pushed into the axle back to prevent air leaks.
Also double check the fasteners as they loosen up after a couple of heat cycles.
