When the car is cold, typically in the morning , after starting and waiting for the rpms to drop from 1100 to about 800 and when I put the car on 1st and start rolling, the car starts stuttering/stalling and have to compensate more gas.

This happens only for about a mile and then everything is normal.

Over the past few months I have changed oil, spark plugs, coils, injectors and fuel pump for various reasons but this problem still happens.

I am planning to change all o2 sensors soon since they never been changed after 123K miles.

Was wondering if anyone else experienced or has any speculation about this?

If you have a good dealership near you I would take it in and have them troubleshoot. They should be able to find the exact cause and replace the one bad component rather than throwing multiple parts at it. When the car is cold, the computer uses a different strategy vs. when it is warm. However, I don't know why exactly you are having this issue and can't point to a specific sensor or component. Who knows, it could be something you replaced.
