Sorry it was meant more as a joke, but I can see people taking that seriously. No it's actually just a rare few. I keep telling people that my car is slow as it's stock, but tons of fun. ie. I usually am the one not willing to race on the open road.
I appreciated the joke. (:

I did not do the fine tooth comb inspection of my car before I drive off the lot. It was only a few weeks before I realized the car has about 15 chips, some more prevalent the others, all the way around. I knock out about 5 when I polished/waxed get the first time and next time I will find them all, tape them, and fill them in with the touch up paint stick. It's at least a 2 day job because you have to build the layers before sanding.

On a side note I was super nervous about taking sand paper to the paint but it turned out really well. I can't tell where they were unless I'm really looking for the spots.

That paint on the S550 is the thinnest I've seen on a OEM paint job. So filling in chips becomes a lot easier. Excellent job on those chip repairs. I have several myself but I can't be bothered until the spring time.
