Right before putting on car cover

So I'll be putting my car in storage and will be using a car cover, only thing is the storage place is about 40 miles away. I'm obviously going to wash the car before driving out there but I'm sure there will be alittle bit of residue from the highway. I would like to know what you guys would suggest for a last minute waterless wipe down/cleaning right before I put the cover on? I was looking at the Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax but I'm not too sure.

Get a bottle of Ultima Waterless Wash, dilute 1/2 oz to 22oz water before you go. Bring x6 quality MF towels, folded into 8's.

Wipe the car down using each side of the MF towel only once. Good to go.
