Retaining clips for vacuum lines into intake

Broke one of those U shaped plastic clips while pulling one of the tubes off the intake. Anyone know where to get a replacement online? Or a few just in case?

Hate to bring this up again but I need help finding maf screws for the stock intake.

If i could find 2 replacements for the stock intake in Lowes or Home Depot it'd be awesome. Just don't know the measurements.

Coworker found his and let me borrow one so I can go to lowes or Home Depot.

Same here for a couple of months but it's just piece of mind I guess to know it's clipped in there and a tech won't inadvertently pop it off and leave it as such ... mind you easy enough to pop back on.
