Reset sync?

Is there a way to reset sync? To reboot the system? I disconnected the battery but that didn't work? Thanks

to reset.. hold power and right arrow for 5 seconds.. let the unit reset.

That's for Sync3. Don't know if Sync2 is different.

Pull fuse 32 from the fuse box in the passenger footwell.

Note that removing the fuse box cover is a pain in the butt. Keep pulling, it'll come off.

The OP said he already disconnected the battery, so removing a fuse won't do anything different. You have to follow a special procedure to return Sync to its original state.
