Replacing Tyre Pressure Monitors

Hi all , Has anyone done a wheel swap and know what valve stem is required to allow the tyre pressure monitor to be used again the new wheel ? Living in happening Hobart the tyre guys down here haven't had dealings with this in a Mustang this yet . I have sold plenty of Rangers and know that the valve stem is all that needs to be replaced but Ford in there wisdom have a different part numbers for the monitors in both cars and i would guess the stems would be different too . A pic if anyone has one would be ideal . Thanks in advance

All I did was swap them out from my old stock rims into my new ones. They pretty much synced up straight away

Yes I will do that but there are different valve stems available and want to get the right ones before the car gets here , i am hoping someone has a pic of the valve stem that they used
