One more bit of advice I wish I knew earlier.
When you first insure your car with no mods, Hastings direct will be super cheap. However they do not accept anything more interesting than an exhaust.
If like me you plan to do some mods in the first year, it is more economical good my to aplan insurance first off with your list of intended mods for the first yr. it cost me £150 more but I am. Ow at liberty to take it up to 500bhp in my own time over the year with no additional changeable to policy.

What you need is a supersexy boot pull as well. Stop you getting fingerprints all over the decklid...

I wholeheartedly recommend the Peddars Coilover kit. Fully adjustable ride height and damper stiffness. Problem with lowering springs is that the car is somewhat underdamped so springs won't cure the bouncy nature of it.

Having said that though, I was aiming to make it track capable which the Peddars deffo do but recognise not everyone needs that.

A tune is absolutely essential to get rid of the horrid artificial flat spot at 2.5k rpm.
