Recommended mechanics and dyno shop in OC?

Have a 2022 GT500 coming soon, wondering if anyone recommends a good shop in OC for regular maintenance? I'd also like to dyno it to make sure it's making the power it should, can be a separate shop.

I take my 2020 GT to RMT Motorsports in Yorba Linda when I need work done that I can't do myself. They primarily work on exotics but I have seen GT500/350's, Corvettes, and Ford GT's in there also. I've been going there for 4-5 years and never had any issues.

Papini’s garage in Temecula specializes in Mustangs, tuning and has a dyno. There are typically several Shelby’s there at any one time. Currently my Whipple’d GT350 is there.
