Recommendations for shop: install Hellhorse Sync 3 upgrade?

Greetings all... I'd like to get the Hellhorse Performance Sync 3 infotainment upgrade for my 2015 Mustang (to finally get rid of the buggy, cantankerous, obsolete 'My Ford Touch' ridiculousness).

Does anyone have any suggestions for shops in New England (Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut) that might be willing to do this? Of course the local Ford dealer won't touch it.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't you already have the correct hardware to run Sync 3 which is purely a software upgrade that anyone can do?

I thought that the HH kit was for those with the lousy 4" screen that wanted the 8" screen. If you already have the 8" screen, then all you have to do is download Sync 3 and install it.

Apparently the hardware is different. Even though they're both 8" touch screens, it seems the My Ford Touch hardware won't run Sync 3 software. It needs the later model display.
