Recomendations to improve my 60ft?

Already have Nitto T05R (275x17). Just can't get better than 1.85 60.. And that only happened once. Running anywhere between 17-22 Psi, not doing heavy burn outs, launching between 2000-3300 rpm etc..

What do u all suggest? Thinking about BMR CB005 anything else? I don't want to get to crazy as this is a street car..Thanks
