It is the Christmas Holidays she's probably on Annual leave like most of us and staying away from Work phones/laptops like it's the plague.

Karen replied to me on the 22nd when she got back from annual leave. Ford then shut down for the holidays. Give it time and she will reply. My order is miles out yet but she clarified a lot the dealer wouldn't reply to and said to contact her in new year with any other questions I have and for further info as my build and delivery dates get closer.

Also what did your paperwork say as the delivery date? Mine says 30th December. I'm guessing that's them covering their backs?

Mine says 1st September .

Not quite as late an order as yours but ordered in August and due in May but the wait is killing me. Just registered on here today but have been following threads for a while now to get some details and info for when it does get here. Did my test drive at beginning of December and don't regret ordering at all.

I have had an email from Karen to say I am due build in Feb and usually 12 weeks for delivery but she does think they will be getting quicker with practice.

Ordered a replacement deck lid already and just messaged Dennis in EU forum to get a set of red tints for the rear lights and reflectors. Trying to avoid buying even more before it arrives!

I ordered at the same time as you and I have the same build and delivery dates

It was the 14th December when I asked. Suspect she was tied up with those whose cars stood a chance of Christmas delivery. I'll wait until Jan and try again.

Nice to see Andy and James the Dealer inputs in likely build and delivery dates. Sounds like may builds for August- September delivery. Happy with that! Need to sell my car now and make sure I have the deposit ready!

Yep, it's very nice to see Andy on the forums, and it's nice to see James giving the customers he has what we're all craving for from ours lol (:frusty.

My original date for delivery was September (It was actually august but i'd asked to hold for sept for plates), however i'm now looking at March, so really can't complain, emails out with Karen and the new Mustang helpbox to get my official update.:headbonk:
