Recaro seat loose

I am back in a 2019 Mustang with everything. Its awesome but the drivers Recaro seat back is loose and moves back and forth a little bit. Is this normal or is there a fix?

Cloth or leather? I have cloth Recaros in my MY18 and don't feel any movement at all.
