That an easy fix. Replace the quarter, bumper, taillight and some odds and ends. It *might* have tweaked the decklid but doubtful.

I was rear ended, needed a whole new Rear Quarter Panel, bumper, taillights, paint etc, roof. Came out to 16k. Nothing was repaired everything was replaced with OEM parts. Good thing my insurance approved it though. The Quarter Panel is welded to the roof, you will need a new roof if you want to replace the whole quarter panel I know they can weld from a certain point down and not replace the roof. But I wanted everything done right and didn't want a new half quarter panel. Like it never happened, took about 2 months.

had this happen to me but was dead square in the middle.

14k, if done right. Your trunk floor is bent, you'll need an entirely new side panel, unibody pull, most likely a tail light, deck lid, plus paint and labor to just start.

go to an insurance "recommended" body shop, all day 7 or 8k.
I took it to a family friend that runs a shop, didn't even bother asking about recommended body shops. He has done stuff for me before and honestly about 14k was what I was guessing. He does good work and knows how particular I am about my car.

So the initial is ~6k but I was told that number is really temporary until they put it on the frame machine pull it straight and cut the quarter off to see what is damaged underneath. The money part did not bother me but them telling me they had to pull it straight for some reason got to me. :frusty:

When I had mine fixed, the dealer told me they would pull (straighten) the damaged panels back into alignment using lasers (for alignment purposes). Then they would remove the old panels and weld in the new ones. Pulling the damaged panels just made all the seams line up so they could drop in the new panels without a bunch of alignment issues.

isn't the entire rear (left & right) panel 1 piece?
my guess is around $6k-8k depending on the body shop?

I had similar damage in my V6, both tails needed replacing and that quarter has to be replaced with a high pressure welding machine or something. It's specialized work, per Ford. Bill was $8300. I cannot see the seam where they cut the roof pillar. Perfect work.
