I recently upgraded by 2022 Ecoboost convertible to a 2022 GT convertible. But the new GT has an issue with the rear window. I'm thinking it might be out of alignment. It hits the weather stripping when going up which causes that to make a popping sound. Also when driving with the top up and windows up there is excessive cracking or rubbing noises coming from the passenger windows. I can't tell if it's the front or back window but it might be where the front and back windows meet. I'm going to bring it to the dealership probably next week but I thought I check to see if anyone else had a similar issue or any ideas what may be causing this.
Edit: I also just noticed that the passenger door window has fine lines from the top to bottom on the glass on the side closest to the rear window. It seems like that is also rubbing against something inside the door. It wasn't easy to get pictures of the scratches on the glass but I added a few below.
