Whatever is needed to run the front wheels on the back or the back on the front?

I think you can run the rears on the front with a spacer (What size) and extended lugs?

Can the front be run on the back as is?

GT350 stock rims (non-R):

11" rears on the front - install GT350R front hubs (Motorcraft HUB-299) and 38mm (1.50") spacers. You might need open lug nuts. I've done it, it works and the geometry is identical to GT350R front wheels - 19x11, 24mm offset.

10.5" fronts on the rear - doesn't work - they will stick out 3/4" past the fender lip!

Why can't I use the stock hub

Hmm can I press new lugs in?
Of course, but you need extended lugs that are 1.5" longer than stock, and that means an underhead length of about 4". The longest ARP is a half-inch too short.

That's why, at $129 each from Levittown, the remarkably well-priced OEM GT350R HUB-299 hub that comes with installed lugs that are the right length is an attractive option.

The GT350 front hubs are held on by four bolts and they take about 1/2 hour each to change.

Gotcha thanks for the input

Might be missing something here, but wouldnt running the oem 19x11 62mm offset rear on the front with a 30mm spacer work as well? that would bring the front offset down to 32mm, 2mm off the stock offset of 30mm. The rim is 0.5" wider, so 12.7mm, but 2mm offset from stock towards the center of the car,, so the 19x11 should be about 5mm towards the outside than the stock 19x10.5...

Would that still require the other hub and lugs?

Personally, I won't run more than a 3mm spacer with the stock lugs, so yes, you'll still need longer lugs for a 30mm spacer.

Separate question I don't want to make a new thread. If I only do 5000 miles a year with 6 track days and random autox does it make sense to just get track tires for the street and assume a set will last a year.

Swapping wheels for the track and auto x might get annoying

Can you get 4 wheels in the mustang?

How much does the ability to rotate tire extend the life?
