I guess that's what they did to mine as well, since there is also a coat of silicone on the top 1/4" of the glass.Okay, got my car back this morning after about two hours. Basically they just lubed the weatherstripping. The top of the glass that slides in has excess silicone on it but, I figure I won't wipe it off until it has a chance to really soak into the weatherstripping. It does seem to close correctly now though and with a little more force. I got another 2,500 miles for it to stop working again before the warranty runs out LOL!
Anyone else have other results/fixes? Good to know for the post-warranty maintenance.
