Rear cover question - Base vs. Premium

Hi all,

New member to the forum, although not new to the other Mustang forums. Possibly picking my 2015 Base up Tuesday. One difference I like on the Premium vs the Base is the black rear bumper cover lower portion, vs body color with the Base.

My question is, Is there a solution to replace this other than the whole rear cover? I am not sure if this is an integral part of the cover, or can be bought separate.

You have 2 options
1. Replace the base rear bumper with the premium one with the rear diffuser being black.
2. Paint, plasti dip the base rear section to look like the premium one.

Or just wait for something after market to come out. Even the Roush quad tip rear is just that middle black section that can only be replaced on the premium model.
