Is there a way to limit the time that it stays on ?. When I start up and back out, the thing stays on for an annoying amount of time long after shifting into first.

There is a setting that you can change. From the infotainment screen main menu, select settings, then camera (might have to select vehicle first). Not exactly sure where it is, but there is a choice for delay. Right now it is on. Just turn it off and you're all set. Sorry I'm a little foggy, but if you snoop around, you'll find it.

I actually wish mine stayed on for longer. There's no option in SYNC3 to set a delay.
