My back up camera is stuck in one picture position. The magnifier glass only dings and the track lines are gone. The camera also is on when the trunk is open . This should not be at all. The picture shown is far away , and the vehicle behind is up close. Also the key fob sometimes is not detected by the GT. This is shown on the dash &and closing the doors sets off the horn. Less than 100 miles on this ride. Built in January 2015. The drivers side window rubber trim is also slightly damaged , frayed. The white daytime background guage lights operating during the day sometimes are set to the darkest setting. They can not adjust . Sporadic issue. :ford:

You should tell all that to your dealership.
Eventually. Waiting to see if any more issues come about. The GT was special ordered in November , took delivery Feb. Loaded Premium automatic. Has only 14 miles on the odometer. Located in the Northeast. Winter conditions . The GT has 20'' wheels with summer rubber. I posted the issues to see if anyone else had similar ones. There are always issues with a new design and first year production run. Some more , some less and those with none. :ford:

Ordered mine almost the exact same time (just after turkey day) took delivery 1/26. I have not had any of those issues. Where do you normally keep your Fob? Does it do it with both fobs? or just one specifically? Might just need a new battery.

If for what ever reason the battery in the fob dies, or the car can't detect it, you can remove the rubber in the cup holder, there's a little place in there that you can place the fob and it will read the fob so you can still drive the car.

The lens on the backup camera is indeed a fisheye style, so it's not a great way to judge distances, but when you say that the object seems far away but ends up being "really" close how close is it? have you gotten out to measure? Or are you just going off the tones? usually you still have about a foot or so when the solid tone plays.

To fix the other camera problem you might be able to disconnect the battery for 15 minutes, and reconnect. This forces a reboot of everything. The good ol' have you tried turning it off and on again. :D Good luck!

The fob issue is not all the time. There are no white lines during backup. Magnifier glass when touched does not change the image. Warranty issues for the dealer. Drove the GT today. Rode really nice...............Ty for Your imput.:ford:

Hey 4 ROUSH,

Let's get these issues under control. Shoot me a PM when you're ready to take her in. I'll look into options to further assist on my end.
