Radiator Fan Running - Even When Cold?

2016 GT

I noticed that the radiator fan is coming on even when the car has been sitting for almost 10 hours. It runs for ~3-4 minutes and then turns off. Conventional wisdom says this isn't normal...why would you want the radiator fan on when the engine is trying to warm up?

Anyone else having this happen?

Usually, yes. Didn't think about that...I'll try turning it off and see if it still does it.

Yea, if AC is on, the fan will run to cool the condenser but at lower speed if the engine is cold.
