Much appreciated Chris. I got the stink-eye look from my wife over that one. While driving her car she wanted me to make a left turn to go by an antique store she spotted. I caught the mural out of the corner of my eye and made a quick right turn. :lol: I tried explaining to her that mural pictures were cheaper than antique shopping, and then we went antique shopping. :shrug:

On another note I would like to get one of these murals some day. http://www.fordimages.com/perl/options.pl?imageID=185405&ckon=thumb If you send them a picture of your car they will make it look the same, wheels, scoops, etc... (Sounds like another Christmas gift idea).

Thanks for the links. I am amazed by how much of the Ford USA archive is available for sale. Overseas postage offered too, albeit at a hefty price tag.

There are some interesting early Mustang concept images in the Concept and Prototype section. Plus the 1955 Lincoln Futura concept car that was later turned into the original Batmobile.

Put on some brake caliper emblems with a little help from my friends.

Nice and subtle result Bill, your friend in the truck in the background doesn't look too healthy though!

Went back to a white windshield oval, ordered dual white stripes, then went for a drive.
