Does anyone with experience know the quickest, easiest way to swap out the IRS Pumpkin on the s550?

I want to do some experimenting between my 3.73 and a 3.31 during a 1/2 mile shoot out next month, but just the instructions for changing half shafts looks too time consuming.

It's very time consuming to swap out the diffs, but I'm a noob and it took me about a month's worth of weekends to change out my diff cover.

I know RBS550 likes his DSS halfshafts because he can unbolt the halfshafts near the diff and then drop his diff easily without having to mess with his subframe, so this would be the easiest way in theory once you have aftermarket halfshafts.

I read dramad's thread to guide me on similar steps:

TheLion did a lengthy write-up about his swap.
Lots of pinion flange issues.
Look him up
