Quick install Question

I got the BMR vertical links and cradle lockout kit and just removed the stock vertical links.... is there any reason I can lower the subframe without the vertical link attached to cover the uninstall all at once? In other words, will lowering the subframe to insert the cradle lockout kit with no vertical link effect me lining it back up when I'm raising the subrame back into place?
