On the bass side yes it's 1000x better. I have JBL Gx 600 c in the doors and per the suggestion of the install shop, they told me to buy an Alpine power pack to power them,in which I did. Well yesterday they were like ugh, we didn't realize you had the shaker and the power pack wouldn't offer much more than that.So, now I have too buy a larger amp for my mids. Pisses me off, hopefully I can send it back and upgrade to larger amp. I should of known, but they thought the amp could be bridged down to 2 ohms, like the speakers, but it can't. Smh
