I heard there was a GT with the 6mt which got 24 mpg driving cross country. Allegedly traveling 80-90mph as the target cruising speed whenever safe and prudent to do so. This was an average over 5000 miles I heard.
Regardless of how your seat is positioned normally, I've found that reducing the lumbar support to its lowest setting the bolsters will be much more aggressive. I don't move around at all.
I have the FRPP street handling pack installed on my non PP car which includes these springs as well as the PP dampers, sway bars and rear toe links. Really happy with how these springs perform. The progressive rate is freaking great. Tight, but doesn't beat you up.
You need to get out of that thing before the warranty is up. The auto transmissions in the Focus and Fiesta use a dry double clutch system that will require replacement at significant cost or effort to you. Literally just do a google search for "Ford Focus transmission." Consumer Report's annual...

Love love love the FRPP street handling kit that came with fords 1" drop progressive springs. Car handles amazingly well and is about as aggressive as I would like in a street car. I will do a few more track days in this car but it is 99.99% a street car. Yes, the car does take an extra moment...
