Put my Race stars on my RR 15 GT

Finally got everything squared away and got my tires mounted on my Race Star wheels Friday. I threw them on and made a few passes at the local 1/8th mile track yesterday.

I am running the 185 m&h fronts and 275/40/17 Nitto 555r rears. The 275 was the way for me to go with having a automatic tranny and 3.15 gears

So I assume you will in mid 4th gear with that tire crossing the traps. Just a guesstimate considering 28" tire 3.15 cars are at the top of 3rd.

Looks good, not enough tire for me personally.

EDIT: Nevermind, I see you ran 1/8th not 1/4. Did you have the transmission retuned for the shorted rear tire?

my factory tire setup is 27" tall and these are 26". It made a difference in how it feels. My 60' was only a 1.90 but it has a flat spot when in it when I leave. The car moves hard then dies off and takes off hard. I am going to data log some and send it back to lund cause I was hoping to be in the mid 1.80's. The car ran a [email protected] . Tranny doesn't need any retuning. I can't run the rears all the time though cause it threw my speedo off going with the smaller tire. I could have filled the rear wheel well up with tire but it would have slowed me down
