Hey guys...been a while since I posted. I've made some great mods that have made my Eco really come alive.

I have the DIB, Performance Package, Auto Eco

Last year I added the Bama tune, the Araid air box as well as the Ford Racing Borla Axle back mufflers....this truly made the car perform like a totally different car.

Still I wanted better sound and better performance without spending huge bucks.

My car sleeps all winter so this spring I added the Flowmaster Resonator Delete pipe...and WOW does the car sound WAY better. It also feels quicker....

Where it's truly noticeable is in the D mode....all acceleration even with my first year mods...the D mode acceleration was kinda boring. I was using the S mode in local driving because of the response was much better.

With the Flowmaster Delete resonator pipe....the D mode comes alive...it really pulls a ton better, snappier when it's punched....SO SO Much better!

Purchased from American Muscle...well worth the price for the Eco.

The only sidebar was the engine light went on and the Bama Device was giving me a P0234 reading...over worked Turbo I believe. A quick call to Bama and they sent me out a new flash and the light is off and the car is running SO much stronger. AND just as important.. it sounds way better.

I just added the Red Mustang Caliper Covers...it DO look sweet through those black wheels.

Still more than happy with my Eco... G

For the ecoboost...I would recommend a Cobb Accessport over the SCT tuner and get a real etune from a reputable tuner.

A resonator delete really shouldn't make much of a difference. I had a full catback and it might have added a tiny bit of juice but not that noticeable. The downpipe is the real restriction

I would also add an intercooler. The stock one is garbage. Those wheels are nice BTW.

16....Having not been in the Performance market for many years....don't know anything about Cobb vs Bama....I can only say what Bama did for my stock Eco..and they've been reputable for me.
EcoSwagg I see you have the GT...not sure if we're apples to apples on the upgrade mods...but I'd love to hear from someone who also switched out there resonator for the flowmaster...I feel it's been a big upside for the Eco.
Thanks Stang77 on the wheels...
I've been thinking about the intercooler...something I've seriously considering. Thanks

Chameleon...when I first saw the pic...I thought the windows looked tinted... that's factory. Must be the way the sun was hitting the windows.

I used the intercooler from MAP on my EB. Many good units are on the market though.

EcoSwagg used to have a ecoboost before trading up to the GT. :)

I am going with the MAP intercooler as well, it's $520 and using the engines existing pipes.

Wondering if the MAP intercooler requires a new flash...

Also...do you feel you got some performance increase on the Ecoboost?
