Looks like a clear coat or something on the pulley that's blistering off. Very strange, but waiting to see what Procharger thinks.

Normal belt good, comes off the belt.... sticks to the pulley.

(Stock cars do it as well, mostly Euro's, but still)

Keep boosting! :)
Thanks!

Now put some E85 in that thing...
I ordered an E85 test tube and I'm going to check a couple of my local sources for percentage next week and see what the quality looks like. Sounds like a good starting point.

I am still debating it. Either way I look at it, its going to be another 1k or so. Either have to buy a fuel system, or HP tuners handheld and a tune. No one with SCT seems to want to tune E85 with stock pump, only HP tuners. AED uses SCT but says he is only doing in house tunes at the moment.

The mobil down the road says that their E85 is guaranteed to be at least E70.

Check your state's ethanol content laws. In PA there are certain dates where the E fuels have to have ethanol content by. In PA it has to be E80 by mid June.

Test as many places as you can.
Here in KC, it can range from E70 to E95+ depending on the location.
