Pardon my ignorance but how does a 3.6 pulley only put out 10-11 psi boost when the new Stage 2 kits come with a 4.75 pulley and claim to give 10psi. What am I missing?
I've been baffled about the pulley sizes too. The guy I bought this kit from has a 4.10 Pulley on the head unit & he was making 10-11lbs also?

If he had a D1 and a 4.10 pulley and was running 10 psi of boost either he was running a wastegate,or a different size crank pulley.I have a d1 and the 4.75 pulley and it makes 10 psi of boost right around 6.5 to 7.0k rpms.Elevation plays a part but is not going to make that kind of difference.Rule of thumb is for each pulley size u drop u gain 1to2 psi of boost.U can also contact procharger and they will be happy to help u figure out what pulley u want.

A lot of variations you can run.
He is running same setup as me. We say Stage 2 because we are running the bigger Stage 2 intercooler, however we have the HO kit (single 6 rib belt)with the P1SC-1 head unit. The Stage 2 intercooler also gives more efficiency lowering boost by about 1 psi.I have the 3.6" as well and on my Boost+ it shows 9.8psi at 7200rpm.
