Procharger overflow tank

Hey what’s up guys I have a 2014 Mustang GT with a stage 2 procharger kit. Went to check my coolant level last night and noticed some black floating pieces in the overflow tank. Almost looks like the inner lining is coming apart anyone know of issues with it coming apart ? Or upgrades so it doesn’t do that. That’s a one way ticket to obstruct coolant flow

My procharger tank is raw alum on the inside.

I notice it’s like an aluminum color underneath the black coating I just don’t want the coolant system to get clogged up I’ll probably take it off And blast the inner lining off with a high pressure water gun and flush the coolant system cause it’s really bad
