PROCAL Programer?

I got the Ford Performance Calibration Kit for my 2020 Mustang GT. This comes with a tuner, not a module.
My question is can I download the tune to the tuner from a desktop and then install it on the car without a laptop? I have a MacBook Pro and a Windows desktop.

Also, what else can this programmer do? I can not find much information on YouTube.

Yes, you can use your Windows desktop. Check out the attached instructions.

Yes, the 2nd generation one (for 2018+) does not need a laptop attached to the car. The previous one did.

You can scan a few parameters with it live, but that's about it.
