Guys, do you know what will be the good price range for purchasing a brand new 2016 ecoboost prem plus performance? in ford website the MSRP is: $ 34335 but in TrueCar the MSRP is : $32,635. How come there is like 2000 MSRP difference between the ford website and true car?? the car is built with exactly same options. does anyone know? ?


Also when the TrueCar Estimate is $29,869. Does that mean i should expect paying this around this amount?? thanks !!

MSRP stands for Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price. But dealers are allowed to sell the car for whatever price below (or above) that they wish. True car uses data from actual transactions to come up with the average price people are actually paying for cars like yours. This helps you with negotiations, by knowing what other people have paid.
For most cars the true car price will be lower than MSRP, some a lot lower. For desirable cars right after a major change (so the 2015 Mustang in the first couple of months it was available) the True Car price was pretty close to MSRP.
