Is the boost + for the ngauge accurate?
Sponsored
Yes. It's a mechanical gauge. So as long as you have a good source, it'll be just as accurate as any other mechanical gauge. Just with the added bonus of being able to see it right on the ngauge. Is the boost + for the ngauge accurate?
Mine was right on with the mechanical gauge on the dyno.Is the boost + for the ngauge accurate?
Yes...exactly why I installed it as well. Mine is about 1.5-2psi high than actual.I installed the Ecoboost cluster in my GT PP last night. Appears to work fine but I have not had it on the road to see the boost reading. Should be fine as boost is boost....right? Install was easy but I did have one of the plastic clips fall into the dash. Cluster does not come with extra clips and unfortunately, there are 3 types (blue, tan & black). Not sure how you could take it off and guarantee not to lose clips. The one that fell in the dash was black. 2 blue ones remained in the dash holes and I was able to retrieve those. Dash cover piece appears to be solidly in place even with the 1 missing clip. Even if the gauge is no 100% accurate, it looks and operates better than the vacuum gauge alone......
