PP FRONT AIR DAM on NON PP CAR

I like the look of the larger air dam that comes on the PP cars. A friend is taking his off to do a bumper swap and has offered it to me. Is this a bolt on swap?

I *just* saw a thread about this, I'll find the link, but it apparently requires the splitter itself and the belly pan.
