I pulled the trigger on these, should have them on this weekend. Will give initial thoughts and do a more in-depth review later on when I get some miles on them. I prefer sticking to known quantities when it comes to tires but I figure I'll give these a shot, seem like a good compromise for what I want.

What sizes did you end up choosing?

265/40/19 Front, 285/35/19 Rear. Not a perfect match but it was the closest I could get. MPSS was the only tire available in the near exact size but was considerably more expensive.

Their only real issue is they can get quite greasy on track, and here in the hot desert doesn't help. Hoping these S-04's hold up to the heat a bit better.

I am on the tail end of those tires, with 2 track days (HPDE). I've liked them, though I wouldn't have minded a little more life out of them. 15k miles and 2 track days. 275/35r20 square setup. Felt like they had good feedback, and a good stiff sidewall - cornering felt solid.

Good to hear, thanks. Seems like they're a tire that doesn't last long like the stock Pirelli's, though mine only lasted 10k lol. I get my new ones installed tomorrow.

Expect good grip, decent steering response . . . and quite a bit of noise when cornered hard.

Thanks, I felt a bit of that today as I just got the tires on. They definitely have a stiffer sidewall, more NVH as a result but a good bit more feedback too. They feel like they have less rolling resistance, maybe due to the stiff sidewall or the compounds on the tire from being made.I'll get some miles on them next weekend taking a short trip and it should give me a better idea on how they really are.

I looked at those for my premium with 19inche wheels but decided on the bf goodrich g force a/s. They had crazy good reviews in every phase of performance. I have a 2015 gt premium with 19 in P zero tires. This being totally my fault but I didnt rotate the tires and I got 15000 out the rear tires. The front still has 7/32 thread but the rears are like 4/32 in my opinion. I m wondering if I need an alignment?

Or just maybe a right foot that needs to go on a diet???

You were (are?) on track to get over 11,000 miles per 100 treadwear up front, which means that alignment can't be bad at all.

If (as I suspect) your rear tire wear is worst on the insides, it's probably a combination of too much hard acceleration/wheelspinning with rear camber that's too far negative for that sort of driving (and cornering that's not hard enough or often enough to balance the wear out by beating up on the outer shoulders).
