I just wanted to share a good experience I had with a warranty repair. I took my '16 to Shottenkirk Ford in Jasper, GA a couple of weeks ago to have them look at my left side Pony Projection Lamp. The image had gotten streaky. They took some pictures and sent them to Ford, who advised them to replace the entire left side mirror assembly, which kind of surprised me. I had figured they would just change the light. It took a few days for the parts to come in and then I took the car back for the fix. I was there less than 30 minutes and the service advisor came out and said the car was ready! They did a great job and there is no evidence that anyone had touched anything--not even fingerprints! I normally do all of my own work and hate letting anyone touch one of my cars with tools, but I feel much better now about using them in the future if I need any other warranty work done. Good job Shottenkirk Ford!
