18+ came with the Gen 3 coyote, a bit more stock power, better intake manifold, higher compression ect. I can't recall the exact year they switched to both direct and port injection but it was after 18.

Gen 3 started the DI, PI together in 2018. All Gen3's and Gen4's have both.
