What a difference. So basically I drive the same exact route everyday by the time I picked up my son from school yesterday it was about 80 ambient and 160 IAT's. Today was still about 79 ambient but way more humid and 96 IAT's. The car pulls hard up top just like the PMAS did and the tune from VMP seems spot on. I do want to add highest IAT's I saw today was 109 at peak nothing higher. Lowest I saw was 83 IAT's on the freeway and ambient showed 79.

No question an open air intake with make a couple more ponies up top in cooler iat temps. But, in reality once you stop a few times (traffic etc) the realistic gains are lost in normal driving due to heat soak (+60 degrees) in engine compartment. Great for Nov to March at best in Midwest. Lol...

Stock 18 up box all the way.

that's not too bad, that's pretty much like the stock box

When I get around to doing the ported '18 intake manifold I will have to decide on swapping to an '18 stock box or another closed element

The highest I see in 90 degree plus weather on stock box is 122-124 in stop and go traffic. Once moving it drops back to 5-6 above ambient. My JLT on my 14 was always 150-160.
