So I did the opgs on my 17 gt got everything together and got code p0019 crankshaft correlation with camshaft then a misfire so some how I messed up timing.
I did notice that the dark marks never matched up before I removed the chains no matter how many times I turned the motor so I just lined up the r and p marks to where they are supposed to be for the install and pulled the chains.
I reinstalled the chains dark mark in correct places according to the ford manual. Even did the 5 all the way to 5 then to 12 step and still some how not right. Lund told me what’s going on but I’m not exactly sure how to correct it that’s why I’m asking for help.
Idle Bank 1 Intake is -1.90 while Bank 2 Intake is -36.1 and the Bank1 exhaust is 5.8 degrees with Bank 2 Exhaust at -29.5. These are average degree amount I tooth is approx 16 degrees so it looks to be two teeth off approx.
For proper reading Both Intakes at idle on a 2015+ should read +30-31 degrees and Both Exhaust at 0 to -0.5 degrees .
So which chain or chains do I need to adjust and does the dark mark need to go counterclockwise or clockwise? Or do I need to get a tool to rotate the cams?
Sorry been working on this thing for awhile and just out of ideas Atm. Sorry to ask just trying to get my car going again.
