I used the 303. Followed directions. First rain white streaks. This happened twice on both my Ecoboost and my daily driver. So I went back and used Armorall. Same thing. First rain, white streaks.
Anybody have anything that does not streak after first rain?

I never have had problems with 303, and I have been using it for 5-6 years now on my last two ford focuses without any problems at all.

Are you sure its not an old bottle, and that your shaking it up just to be sure? Your using it as a protectant, and wiping it "dry" right?

Absolutely, and buffing it too with a clean dry microfiber cloth.

By the way just bought the bottle off of Amazon.

Maybe you are using too much product? Start from the beginning and clean whatever part you are trying to protect first. You can use an APC and a brush or try some IPA on it. But to me, it sounds like you are using way too much.

I don't think so. Sprayed it on a microfiber towel, one or two squirts, and applied it. Then took a clean microfiber and rubbed it down.
Ordered some gel from Chemical Guys and I will see how that works.

Believe it or not, Turtle Wax Ice paste makes the black plastic exterior stuff shiny and lasts quite a while too. I don't know about the spray kind though.

You should buy a actual trim restorer such as 22ple or gtechniq. It will last so much longer due to it bonding with the plastic.

Used Chemical Guys Tire and trim gel. I have only used it on the trim. A little goes a long way. Put it on. Buffed it with a microfiber, looks good. First rain, second rain, no white streaks. Three weeks later, still looking good. Looks like I found a winner

Exactly what I use and works great!!! I use it for tires and trim gives the tires a super nice black and slight shine that isn't too much.
