every plasti dip is a flat finish, you can then add the gloss on top, or a pearl. The gloss is easier to peal though. In all honesty the gloss still is a pain to get off, it comes off but in little chunks rather than one sheet like normal dip. on my wheels I just soaked them in WD40 and pressure washed the goo off.

I'm gonna use this tip later when I sell my other car.

it saved me hours... Just make sure to wash down with a good car wash soap after. another tip: do not do this in your drive way if you have a pressure washer. at minimum put it in the street but I got 5$ in quarters and went to the self service car wash

Any pics of what it looks like with glossifier? I've never tried that before

I didn't take any photos, I didnt really like the way it came out (mainly cuz of my mistake). So i took it off and dipped it flat again. I probably will try it again in the near future. (I do still have half a can of it left over.)

is there a gloss black plastidip? or do people usually add a gloss layer over the plastidip
Yea all the plastidip is flat, which is why they offer a glossifier seperately.

will that plastidip hold up to numerous washings and regular sun?
It holds up really well, did it to my mirrors about 6mo ago and after a couple days it is completely cured. It'll protect your paint too. I had a branch fall as I was driving and it hit my mirror, it gashed the dip and kept the paint from taking any damage
