Performance pack 2 install No

Hello All, Just got the performance pack 2 for my 2015gr8 premium. I installed the car and throttle body to the letter.Now I'm doing the optical tune and my computer screen says after all the info OPENING CALIBRATION. How long does this take? Everything is on the page,.com number ,part no etc. The gauge shows I have 12.2 charge.(I have the battery charger on)but the dial for the download complete is at 0.00.Anybody online that can help please do. DID call is out.

I would call or chat with Ford Performance. But looks like they just closed as they are on eastern time. The software was the hardest part of the whole install when I did it, even after watching every install video I could find!

Yes you are right. I tried to call before closing but I got a message about covid has close the tech line. I will try email contact right now.

Let me give Gear One Performance for the Procal Tune flash. Having my car for 5 years stock and adding Magna Flow Exhaust with this Ford Performance Power Pack 2 is night and day. Thank you DML Automotive with the CAI and Throttle Body install. There are some great speed shops here in West Chester,Pa.
