I knew what these PP cars did in the 0-60, 1/4 mile, skid-pad Gs, but top speed?

164MPH according to Car & Driver?

Anyone think that's correct? Seems a bit high to me, these cars appear to be aerodynamic barn doors.

Also, I spent a bit more time reading what's on the PP. Is there a complete/detailed write up of the Performance Pack anyone knows of?

From Ford.

I was at a Cars & Coffee recently, talking about FATTs at some local tracks. A guy told me that the instructor's cars are Base GT PP cars, which made me giggle like a school girl.

I'm interested in more info on the "unique chassis tuning" part, what the details are on that. If anyone has more details, please share them.

I also noticed when my car was up on the ramp while my buddy and I did the 1st oil change and changed the trans fluid to BG synthetic, that the transmission case has cooling fins cast into it. I never noticed that on my 2012 BPP car.

Does anyone know if the 2011-2014 MT82s had those fins cast into them?

Also, the new suspensions are truly new. The rear IRS is obviously completely new, but I didn't expect that the front suspension would be completely different from the 2011-2014 cars. 100% completely different, not one bit or part in common.

And these brakes!! OMG, are they good!!!

A new set of plush & luxurious after-market front floor matts has been ordered.

The set I moved from my 2012 are a bit worn, so time for new ones.
